CorraTech works only with the best-of-breed software and hosting companies, bar none. For any custom code we write, we practice strict code-discipline and follow industry best practices for software engineering. Despite the most rigorous safeguards, however, things can go wrong. In fact, with software, things will go wrong. That's where CAMS comes in.

FIXING THINGS

CorraTech provides CAMS subscribers with multiple-types of technical support. CAMS includes break/fix application support including rapid trouble-shooting of any of our custom code as well as first level (and in some cases second level) support for the commercial applications we use.

IF YOU BUILD IT, THEY WILL BREAK IT

Most systems have users and users, well, use the system. Sometimes, they even manage to break it. In addition to any system issues requiring attention, they may not understand how to accomplish a particular task or use a particular feature. To help your users, you appoint a SuperUser (who we can train) to provide first level support. CorraTech, in turn, will support that SuperUser  in resolving usage and feature related questions.
