CAMS is like a cell-phone plan: all you do is pick the number of support hours per month you wish to spend. CAMS even has Rollover Hours! To keep things simple, we offer one SLA (Service Level Agreement.) And yes, it includes phone support. If our SLA doesn’t cover all your needs, all the time, take advantage of our Launch Assurance Program. When you launch a new site or major upgrade, we’ll have a team standing by 24/7 to ensure it goes smoothly.
